i was woundering what everyones ideas were on how to educate children in islam i would like inshaallah to send my children to a islamic school but sadly all the islamic schools are private and you have to pay anything from £3000 pounds a term which we would never be able to aford then i thought of home education but as a revert i dont feel confident to do this then i thought weekend school at the masjid which would be free but i would still need to send them to a normal main stream school as well

I went to a mainstream mixed school. And although i wasnt practising much at the time i knew my boundaries and limits
i dont feel like ive missed out in anyway because its taught me how to deal with people of all races, genders.

Islamic schools are VERY expensive and i would never be able to afford it so the best option is normal school but also some homeschooling so the child can learn about islam too!
